Containing two Recovery Wrap Kits and a tube of Extra Strength Therapeutic Recovery Cream, this kit
can help any athlete return to practice and competition quickly.
Why is it important to treat an injury properly? When part of the body is injured, circulation is
impaired, energy does move properly and the healing process is often impaired. Without an effective
treatment, the injured body part can remain "stuck" with little improvement day-to-day. Toxins are
retained, scar tissue forms and in some cases the body never fully recovers. Methods of improving
proper circulation assist the body's natural recovery processes, and kick-start healing.

Suggested Protocol:
The following is a suggested protocol for using your kit. The order of events outlined here is our
suggestion, but you can alter it based on your circumstances and schedule.
If you have any QiVantage formulas at the time of your injury we suggest using them regardless of
whether or not they are from the Injury Recovery Series, the Performance Series, the Stress Relief Series
or the After Sun Series. If you don't have any formulas on hand, you can use R.I.C.E until your kit
arrives.
When your kit arrives, use the Therapeutic Recovery Cream on your injury as soon as possible. That
evening, apply the first application of the Recovery Wrap (1/2 jar) according to the included directions.
Wear the wrap overnight.
The next morning, remove the first wrap application and discard the used herbal paste and gauze. Apply
some Recovery Spray to the application area. This can help sooth any itching that can be a natural
result of wearing the wrap. Throughout the day, apply Therapeutic Recovery Cream 2-3 times or as
needed. That night, apply the second Recovery Wrap.
Repeat the process of using Therapeutic Recovery Cream by day, and wearing a Recovery Wrap
overnight.
By the 5th day, you will have completed using all the Recovery Paste in the Recovery Wrap kit.
Continue using the Therapeutic Recovery Cream and the Recovery Spray.
If you feel well enough to return to training, we recommend that you do so, but do so with
caution. Don't overstress the injury too soon. Even if it is feeling good, your body is still
likely working through the healing process. If you do return to training, use the Recovery Spray
before and after to help alleviate stress.
