E-Mail Confirmation & Shipping Orders
When you place an order with QiVantage, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours letting you know that we received your order.  If you have any service-related questions about your order, write us at customerservice@chiherbal.com.  Your order will ship the same business day if the order is placed before 4pm EST M-F, or by 10am Saturday on weekends, unless your items is backordered. QiVantage will notify you via e-mail if a product is backordered. 

Payment Options



QiVantage accepts most major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We offer customers the ability to place a credit card order online or phone/fax in their credit card orders. In addition, we accept personal checks, certified checks and money orders, as well as wire transfers. Note that payments made without the use of a credit card will first have to be processed and cleared before shipment.

Online Credit Card Safety
QiVantage uses Infusionsoft for its shopping cart which uses the highest standards of encryption technology.  All online transactions are handled with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, ensuring that your personal information and credit card number is protected when sent over the Internet.

Credit Card Charges
QiVantage will charge your credit card within 24 hours of shipping your product. 

Gift Certificates and Coupons
During the check-out process there will be an opportunity to enter your coupon or gift certificate code. 

Tax Information
Residents of Massachusetts will be charged state sales tax of 5% for orders shipped to the state.  Residents of other states will not be charged sales tax.

Shipping Information

Within the United States:
For orders within the United States, QiVantage offers free Priority Mail via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) which takes between 2-4 days within the United States..  For faster delivery, we offer Express service. Express service is guaranteed to get there in 2 business days but typically is overnight to most major metro areas.

Outside the United States:
For oders to Canada or other destinations outside the United States, QiVantage offers Express Mail International service via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) which typically takes 3-5 business days. Delays occassionally happen due to Customs delays which our outside our control.

We can ship to P.O. boxes, APO (Army Post Office), and FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses with our free shipping but not our express services.

Postal Holiday Schedule:
Orders will not ship out or be delivered on the following Federal legal 2009 holidays:

• Thursday, January 1 - New Year's Day
• Monday, January 19 - Martin Luther King Jr's Birthday
• Monday, February 16 - Washington's Birthday (President's Day)
• Monday, May 25 - Memorial Day
• Friday, Juyly 3 - Only orders refered by 10am will be shipped because post office closed at noon for Independence Day.
• Saturday, July 4 - Independence Day
• Monday, September 7 - Labor Day
• Monday, October 12 - Columbus Day
• Wednesday, November 11 - Veterans Day
• Thursday, November 26 - Thanksgiving Day
• Friday, December 25 - Christmas Day
• Friday, January 1, 2010 - New Year's Day
  

Shipment Timing:
Orders received by 4 PM EST Monday through Friday or by 10 AM EST on Saturday are shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 10 AM EST on Saturday will be shipped on Monday.

Business Hours
Our online store is open 24 hours a day.  Our business office hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 12 PM EST; and Saturday, 9 AM to 9 PM EST.

Refund and Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with our product, you will be refunded the purchase price less shipping and handling. The item must be returned in good condition in its original packaging.

To ensure that your refund is processed as quickly as possible, please do the following when packing and sending your product:

• Pack the product so that it will not be damaged during the shipping process.
• Include a copy of the packing slip. If for some reason you do not have this, please include your name, address, phone number, and order number along with the product.
• Send the product via a method that can be tracked. For example, if you are sending it through the U.S. Postal Service, please send it as certified mail. We cannot process your order until your product has been received. Send your return to the following address:
