Shipment Timing:
Orders received by 4 PM EST Monday through Friday or by 10 AM EST on Saturday are shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 10 AM EST on Saturday will be
shipped on Monday.
Within the United States:
For orders within the United States, QiVantage offers free Priority Mail via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) which takes between 2-4 days within the United States..
For faster delivery, we offer Express service. Express service is guaranteed to get there in 2 business days but typically is overnight to most major metro areas.
Outside the United States:
For oders to Canada or other destinations outside the United States, QiVantage offers Express Mail International service via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) which typically takes 3-5 business days. Delays occassionally happen due to Customs delays which our outside our control.
